What is the Speak-Up Helpline?

The Speak-Up Helpline is an additional, confidential way for employees and providers to raise concerns, ask for guidance, or request support .

This helpline is designed to:

  • Provide timely access to HR and Compliance support

  • Reduce barriers to raising concerns

  • Ensure concerns are documented and followed up appropriately

The helpline is part of our commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and supportive workplace.

When should I use the Speak-Up Helpline?

You may use the Speak-Up Helpline if you need support or want to raise concerns related to:

  • Employee relations or workplace concerns

  • HR or employment lifecycle questions

  • Onboarding or payroll issues

  • Clinical compliance or quality concerns

  • HIPAA or privacy-related concerns

  • Reporting unusual discrepancies or issues that don’t feel right

If you’re unsure whether your concern fits, it’s okay to call and leave a message, the team will help route it appropriately.

What the Speak-Up Helpline is not

Please note that the Speak-Up Helpline is not:

  • An emergency line

  • A guaranteed live-answered phone service

  • A replacement for existing HR or Compliance processes

For emergencies or urgent safety concerns, please follow emergency procedures or contact local emergency services.

How the Speak-Up Helpline works

  1. Call the Speak-Up Helpline

  2. You will hear a brief automated message explaining:

    • The purpose of the helpline

    • Available options

    • That your call may go to voicemail

  3. Select the option that best fits your concern

  4. Leave a voicemail with the requested details

  5. A member of the Finni team will review the message and follow up

Response time:
An initial response will be provided within one business day (Monday–Friday). Messages received on weekends or holidays will be reviewed within one business day of the next business day.

What information should I include in my message?

When leaving a voicemail, please share:

  • Your name (optional)

  • Your clinic and/or role (if applicable)

  • A brief description of your concern or question

  • Your preferred method of follow-up (call, email, or text)

You do not need to have everything perfectly worded — sharing enough context helps the team support you appropriately.

Confidentiality and documentation

  • Voicemails serve as an initial intake record

  • Additional documentation may occur during follow-up conversations

  • Sensitive Employee Relations, Compliance, or HIPAA matters are handled with care and discretion

  • Information is shared only with appropriate internal stakeholders on a need-to-know basis

Need help but not sure where to start?

If something doesn’t feel right, you don’t need to have all the answers. The Speak-Up Helpline is a place to start the conversation and we’ll take it from there.
