Time tracking for providers

Providers do not need to manually clock in or out. Your time is automatically tracked and calculated based on your scheduled appointments in Mission Control.

How time tracking works

Your time is pulled directly from two types of scheduled appointments:

  • Direct appointments - Time spent with clients

  • Indirect appointments - Administrative time, meetings, Holidays, and other non-patient activities

Both direct and indirect time from your Mission Control schedule is automatically calculated for payroll purposes, so there's no need for manual time entry or clocking in.
