Email Notifications for Missing Signatures on Session Notes

Signature reminders for missing session notes are sent automatically to help ensure timely completion of documentation.

Automatic Email Reminders

The system automatically sends signature reminders to all providers who have missing actions on their session notes. These automated reminders are sent weekly on Fridays at 9:00 AM ET.

Manual Reminder Triggers

Practice Owners (POs) and Admins can also send additional manual reminders when needed. To send a manual reminder:

  1. Navigate to the Approvals tab

  2. Go to the Pending Appointments section

  3. Select the "Send Reminders" button on the right side send additional reminders

Troubleshooting Missing Notifications

If a provider reports not receiving signature reminder emails, contact support with the specific provider's information so the email reminder functionality can be verified for that user.
