Supervision Summaries + Supervisor Signatures on 97155 Notes (NM practice only)
Last updated: May 7, 2026
Orbit now includes a “Supervision Summary” tab within each client profile that provides supervising BCBAs with a consolidated view of supervision activity to support clinical oversight, documentation review, and compliance requirements prior to signing 97155 notes.
The Supervision Summary aggregates supervision activity from the most recently signed 97155 note through the current session date, giving providers a single place to review clinical progress, session documentation, and treatment plan updates. This ensures all required supervision information is reviewed before final attestation and supports payer requirements where applicable.

• Once reviewed, the BCBA can click 'Attest & sign', which applies supervision signatures to all relevant sessions in the range.
