Extending Offers to Current Finni Employees

Hiring managers must follow the steps below when considering or extending an offer to any individual who may already be employed at Finni. This ensures proper authorization, prevents conflicts between practices, and keeps all relevant teams informed.


Confirming Employment Status

Before discussing or extending any offer:

  1. Contact the HR Team at hr@finnihealth.com.

  2. HR will verify whether the individual is currently an active Finni employee.

  3. HR will confirm the employee’s current practice assignment and status.

No offer-related communication may occur until HR completes this verification.


Coordinating With the Employee’s Current Manager

If the individual is an active employee:

  1. HR will notify the employee’s current manager.

  2. Both managers must align on the potential transfer, scheduling implications, or additional hours.

  3. Any proposed change must be approved by both managers before proceeding.

This ensures transparency and prevents internal staffing conflicts.


Authorization to Extend an Offer

Offers—verbal or written—require authorization:

  • HR must review and approve the offer details.

  • HR will issue the official offer or authorize the hiring manager to do so.

  • All approved offers must be documented appropriately in HR systems.

Managers cannot independently issue offer letters or communicate offer terms to active employees.


What Is Not Allowed

The following actions are not permitted:

  • Contacting active Finni employees about new roles without involving HR

  • Extending verbal or written offers to active employees without HR authorization

  • Reassigning employees or creating conflicting schedules across practices without manager-to-manager coordination

  • Sending offer letters outside of the standard HR workflow
