Product/Engineering

  • Family Linking Now Available: We are excited to share that the Parent Portal and MC now support family linking capabilities to better serve households with multiple connections.

    • Multiple guardians per client: Owners, admins, and analysts can now generate a unique invite link to connect a client with multiple guardian accounts. Once created, the link should be sent to the additional guardian, who will use it to create their account and complete the client–guardian connection.

    • Multiple clients per guardian: Guardians creating their child’s profile through the Parent Portal web interface can now add and manage multiple client profiles under a single guardian account.

      • Note: Families identified with multiple children receiving services have had their accounts updated so guardians can access all children under one login. If any additional current families may have been missed, please let us know so we can support the update.

  • Exit Surveys: We will now send exit surveys to staff who are voluntarily leaving. Aggregate trends across the Finni network will be reviewed and shared quarterly.

Open Enrollment Deadline: The Open Enrollment deadline is by the end of day TODAY.

Please have your staff take some time to review and update their benefits elections for the upcoming year if they haven’t done so already.

A few quick reminders:

  • Benefits elections will take effect on May 1, 2026

  • Changes made after 4/15 will require a qualifying life event
