How to Get the App

Parents can download the Finni Health Parent Portal App from:

  • Google Play Store (for Android users)

  • App Store (for iPhone/iPad users)

If they can’t find the app in their region, a clinician or support team member can assist.

Logging In

Use the same login credentials for the Parent Portal website.

  • Forgot your password? Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen to reset it.

If the client is a new user, providers and staff can assist them with the login process.

What Parents Can Do in the App

Here are the main features available in the app:

View and Manage Appointments

  • See their child’s upcoming confirmed sessions.

  • Request session cancellations (pending clinic approval).

Note: Parents can’t request new sessions or makeup sessions through the app yet! This feature is coming soon.

Sign Documents and Session Notes Digitally

No more printing! Parents can now sign documents and session notes right inside the app, making things faster and easier.

Track Kiddo’s Progress

Parents can view real-time updates on their child’s therapy progress.

  • Goals = What the child is working on

  • Sub Goals = The steps to reach those goals

Some older reports might not have goals listed. That’s normal for sessions created before the current goal system was added.

Set Availability

Parents can enter:

  • Child’s general weekly availability

  • Vacation dates

Note: This won’t change their schedule automatically. A staff member will still need to review and update it.

Logging in with multiple kiddos

Guardians can add an additional kiddo through the Parent Portal web interface, so they can easily manage multiple client profiles under a single guardian account.
